I am a Pennsylvania born and raised girl living in Charleston with my husband Dan and our lab, Gloria. I am a big believer in slow living, keeping my face towards the sunshine and being kind. I enjoy homemade cold lattes with raw milk, growing flowers and edible food in the garden and watching our chickens grow old. I know the Lord put me on this earth to leave it better than I found it and I appreciate finding the joy in the mundane moments and seeing the beauty everywhere. I think thats's why I love to create with a camera.
One of my favorite writers, L.M Montgomery once wrote, "I believe the nicest and sweetest days are not those on which anything very splendid or wonderful or exciting happens but just those that bring simple little pleasures, following one another softly, like pearls slipping off a string,' and I don't think I could find more perfect words to describe why I love capturing the everyday happenings.

My family taught me how important these memories are to save
I have a large silly loving family with an ongoing number of cousins aunts and uncles on each parent's side. I have collected an endless number of happy memories with each of them and I am beyond blessed to have parents that photographed it all. Each sibling has a box of printed photos and albums on top of digital albums of scanned family photos on film- some from my childhood and others from my parents and grandparents'. These bring me such delight, I want to share the joy of photos with everyone!
